Napolitano set to survey storm damage

Governor Chris Christie is scheduled to join U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano at a firehouse in Lincoln Park to thank first responders for their efforts in assisting and protecting New Jerseyans before, during and after Hurricane Irene.

U.S. Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ) will also tour hurricane and flood damaged regions of Passaic County with Napolitano, Christie and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Administrator Craig Fugate.

Christie, Napolitano and Lautenberg will then provide an update on recovery efforts.
