Bradley Cooper has left the contentious Crow remake undertaken by Ryan Kavanaugh’s Relativity Media due to a scheduling conflict, writes The Hollywood Reporter. The production, revamping the Brandon Lee film, is the subject of a Weinstein Company lawsuit; the company led by Harvey and Bob Weinstein believes it has the right to The Crow. Harvey Weinstein previously told us that the Weinsteins were sanguine about the film: “Ultimately, a judge will decide,” he said with admirable diplomacy. “Bob and Ryan were friends, are friends, and will be friends.” With friends like these, why’d Mr. Cooper’s schedule fill up?
