A listing by Sotheby’s agent Kate Meckler notes that the 1,650-square-foot apartment has new bathrooms, custom closets, high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. Photos of the apartment in the property listing show Ms. Uchitel has a penchant for animal-print rugs, with zebra and leopard patterns appearing in several of the rooms. (We first noticed the trade through Streeteasy and gossip vehicle TMZ.)

According to StreetEasy, Ms. Uchitel originally listed the apartment for $1.95 million. She paid $1.625 million for it last year, slightly less than the $1.849 million asking price. Ms. Uchitel purchased the property from Jon-Claude Zucconi and his wife Riann Smith, an editor at Cosmopolitan magazine noted for her sex quizzes.
