, the model who sued Vampire Weekend for using her image on the cover of their second album, Contra, has settled her suit against the band and their label, XL. Ms. Kennis claims photographer Tod Brody forged the model-release form, denying her the money to which she was entitled, and Vampire Weekend/XL’s suit against Mr. Brody is ongoing. Surely Mr. Brody wishes he could get out of Cape Cod tonight. No, let us try that again–that kid doesn’t stand a chance. No? This is surely no ‘Holiday’ for Mr. Brody!
