It seems that there’s room at the inn for a lucky buyer interested in living right on the corner of Prospect Park.
Especially if that buyer is looking for room at an inn that looks like a spaceship just landed on the art deco and natural scenery that is Grand Army Plaza.
Corcoran’s listing for a $5.1 million, four-bed, 3.5-bath condo in the “Richard Meier on Prospect Park” building is full of imagery and details that make life in the still-new development seem pretty luxurious, but we feel that it would be nearly impossible to not hear the phrase “people who live in glass houses…” echoing through our heads every day.
So, take a look at the pictures, then weigh the apartment itself and amenities like “full-time doorman, concierge, porters, attended parking, meeting room, billiards room, children’s room, and access to a 30,000 square foot health club with indoor pool,” against the fact that you might never throw a stone, ever, again.
