HOWELL – For what it’s worth, Acting Gov. Kim Guadagno weighed in today on the speculation of whether or not Gov. Chris Christie will be a Republican candidate for president.
“The governor was pretty clear yesterday,” she said at a Wednesday morning press conference in Howell where she was reviewing flood damage. “The governor is not running for president.”
She, like Christie himself did after a speech at the Reagan Presidential Library in California, referred the curious to the Politico website, which features a video compilation of all the times the outspoken governor has said he was not running for the nation’s highest office.
