Any moment President Obama will deliver a Rose Garden address laying out his vision to reduce the size of the federal deficit through cuts in Medicare and higher taxes on upper income earners.
Afterwards, the president will travel to New York City to attend the U.N.’s General Assembly and to raise money in Manhattan.
