The School of Practical Philosophy, which The Observer wrote about a few months back, changed the text of its ubiquitous subway posters. We noticed this a few weeks back. What once read “THIS POSTER CAN MAKE YOU HAPPIER THAN ANY OTHER ON THE SUBWAY” is now the less presumptive “SUSTAINABLE HAPPINESS.”

The school is a non-profit educational organization located on E. 79th Street. Those curious about the school should have a look at the article. In response to it, one student got in touch with The Observer and said he thought we had a “problem with happiness.”
