Gov. Chris Christie has announced Board of Public Utilities Chairman Lee Solomon has been nominated for a Superior Court judgeship in Camden County.

As reported earlier today, Bob Hanna, director of Division of Law, will be named President of the N.J. Board of Public Utilities effective January 1, 2012.

“He has been an extraordiniarily effective BPU president,” Christie said.  “I feel confident that the Senate will find his credentials even better now than they did the first time he was confirmed to the bench.”
