Can you believe it’s been almost a year since everybody’s favorite six-time divorcé stepped away from his nighttime chat show? Don’t worry, though: you still have time to see the suspender-loving septuagenarian before he becomes the late great Larry King! Tonight Mr. King will be the subject of a “testimonial dinner” at the Friar’s Club. Mr. King will be praised, lauded and not roasted by his fellow primetime peers. Slated to attend are, among others, Dan Rather, Tony Bennett, Joan Rivers, Wolf Blitzer, Regis Philbin, Kathy Griffin and Jon Bon Jovi. (No, we didn’t slip that last one in there to make sure if you were paying attention; the hair rocker will inexplicably be in attendance.)
