Ms. Moretz is looking upset because she just found out she'll have to wait another seven years before legally being able to attend the after-party.
We never thought we'd be calling someone in an all-leopard print pantsuit "subdued," but as there is no glitter being vomited out from any of her orifices, this is actually a mature look for the singer.

Everyone who was anyone attended the fashion show, which included glitter, disco balls, leather bomber jackets, and something that was described by the Associated Press as an “animal-print-meets-tropical-sunset tank dress,” which is burning our brains with Miami fever just trying to consider what that might look like.
