TRENTON – A bill that directs the New Jersey Racing Commission to implement a pilot program to allow a limited number of taverns or restaurants in the northern part of the state to permit electronic wagering on horse races was approved 74-0.
The bill, A4285, is one of several attempts to revitalize the state’s gaming industry.
