TRENTON – The Assembly approved bill S3148, which would enable April school board elections to move to November, if either the people, the municipal governing body or the school board choose to do so.
The bill was sponsored by Sen. Donald Norcross (D-5) of Camden.
The vote was 62-11, with two abstentions.
