Despite Apple (AAPL)’s excessive attempts to make sure customers have a pleasant shopping experience, 83-year-old Forrest Hills resident Evelyn Paswall is suing the company for the terrible fate that befell her at its retail outfit in Manhasset, Long Island when the store’s glass wall proved perhaps a little too sleek.
Ms. Paswall, who broke her nose walking smack into the transparent front door, filed a lawsuit for $1 million in damages, reports the New York Post. “The defendant was negligent . . . in allowing a clear, see-through glass wall and/or door to exist without proper warning,” says the suit.
