The Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC) today filed a complaint against 2008 candidates for the Elizabeth Board of Education and against the candidates’ campaign treasurer.
These were candidates challenging the sitting Elizabeth Board of Education allied with political leader Rafael Fajardo.
Candidates Neptune Ambroise, Elizabeth Cano and Krishna Garlic, and treasurer Hiver Ambroise didn’t file contribution and expenditure information, according to ELEC.
The team, moreover, did not file 48-hour notices in the 2008 School Board Election, ELEC said.
