China Frees German Art Shipper

Nils Jennrich, a German art shipper in Chinese custody since March 30, was released earlier this month, according to the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.

Mr. Jennrich was held on accusations of tax evasion, supposedly part of a general effort to curb a perceived increase in art buyers and sellers skirting fees.
