TRENTON – A bill that would bestow “Good Samaritan” status on those who seek help for those suffering a drug overdose was vetoed by Gov. Christie.
A578 would – in an effort to save lives – offer some protection from prosecution for those who try to get emergency help for drug overdose victims.
