Update (4:37): It seems the tweet was a prank written by Ryan Osborn, Senior Director, Digital Media at NBC News, not Mr. Quintano. Mr. Osborn provided some more context for the original tweet (via his own Twitter account, naturally). “Dear world and the @NewYorkObserver, I thought you all had seen poopinrules.com. That was me on @AnthonyQuintano’s account,” Mr. Osborn tweeted. We were, obviously, unaware of the website and the prank. But, as Mr. Osburn acknowledged in a reply on the tweet’s thread, “I think @AnthonyQuintano is going to kill me. :)”
