Raju Patel, president of the Jersey City Asian Merchants Association, this week announced his personal decision to back incumbent Mayor Jerry Healy.
In a letter, Patel cited as one of his reasons for his support Healy’s decision to name Indian American Raj Mukherji as his deputy mayor.
