TRENTON – Hours after announcing his plan to introduce a revised tax cut proposal, Gov Chris Christie got out in front of the cameras in Trenton but declined to take questions from reporters.
Christie had a Monday morning appearance in the Statehouse to sign a resolution congratulating Israel for 65 years of statehood. He gave a brief statement before stepping away from the lectern and fielding any questions from reporters.
Earlier this morning, Christie announced he plans to introduce language for a revised tax cut proposal.
Senate President Steve Sweeney was present for the signing, but told reporters he will comment later in the day.
