Currie welcomes Myers and Davis to key roles with NJ Democratic State Committee

New Jersey State Democratic Chairman John Currie today announced his selection of Justin Myers as Executive Director of the New Jersey Democratic State Committee.  Myers will be joined at the Democratic State Committee by Jennifer Davis, who will serve as Deputy Executive Director.

“I have complete confidence that Justin Myers will do a great job at the Democratic State Committee.  Anyone who knows Justin already understands his intelligence and strong work ethic, and for those who don’t know Justin, you will be impressed by his knowledge, skill, and ability to effectively build consensus.  He is the right person to direct our party as we fight to maintain our legislative majority, retain the United States Senate seat and take back the Governorship,” said Currie.

“During Congressman Pascrell’s primary campaign last year I witnessed firsthand the tremendous leadership of Chairman Currie.  He is a unifier, a humble, but strong leader who has a unique ability to effectively bring people together to promote our party’s principles.  He loves the Democratic Party, and after serving over two decades as Passaic County Chairman, he has an opportunity to bring his inclusive leadership style to the Democratic State Committee. I am looking forward to joining him during this important cycle,” said Myers.

Jenny Davis currently serves as Chief of Staff to Assemblyman Jason O’Donnell (D-31; Bayonne / Jersey City).  Jenny will start working at the State Committee on July 8, 2013. Currie welcomes Myers and Davis to key roles with NJ Democratic State Committee
