This week, The Art Newspaper reports, the honchos of the Guggenheim Foundation are in Finland to restart talks that may end in the opening of a museum branch there.
The Foundation runs the institutions that bear its name. Earlier efforts in 2011 were stalled following opposition from local arts organizations, and over costs. Read more here.
