Gov. Chris Christie will join Essex County Executive Joe DiVincenzo Monday morning to honor Stephen N. Adubato with the dedication of a bronze statue that will immortalize the founder of The North Ward Center.
The political mentor of DiVincenzo, Adubato is the leader of the North Ward Democratic Organization.
