Tom Lankey, Democratic candidate for mayor in battleground Edison, is hitting the incumbent mayor with the old, 11th hour leaf bag barrage.
Lankey, the council president, is reminding voters in mailers that incumbent Mayor Toni Ricigliano ended the leaf bag giveaway program, and he’s responding by giving away his own free leaf bags.
