Paging all policy wonks, graduate students and dedicated environmentalists: As part of the three-day CityLab conference put on by The Atlantic, the Aspen Institute and Bloomberg Philanthropies, the Evening Exchange Plenary Session will feature former Vice President Al Gore discussing urban resilience and sustainability, remarks by The Atlantic’s cities editor at large, urban theorist Richard Florida, and a conversation on cultural investment with the former chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts, Rocco Landesman, artist Theaster Gates, Artichoke’s co-director, Helen Marriage, and Commissioner of the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs Kate Levin.
