Music for Life International is giving classical music fans a wonderful way to start the new year with Shostakovich for the Children of Syria, benefiting Doctors Without Borders humanitarian programs in Syria. Hear Symphony No. 7 “Leningrad” by Dmitri Shostakovich, as well as “A Sad Morning, Every Morning” by clarinet player Kinan Azmeh, by musicians from the New York Philharmonic, Philadelphia Orchestra, MET Orchestra, Buffalo Philharmonic, Orchestra of St. Luke’s and others.
