Waiting for Wildstein documents

TRENTON – State lawmakers are still waiting for the opportunity to have a look at what’s behind redacted subpoenaed documents handed over by former Port Authority executive David Wildstein.

Members of the joint legislative committee investigating the George Washington Bridge lane closure controversy have yet to have a look at the redacted items, officials tell PolitickerNJ. The committee’s counsel and Wildstein’s attorney are still in discussions over what should be released.

Committee members tell PolitickerNJ they want the complete memos and say the committee’s counsel argues the information redacted in the documents is germane to the subpoena orders.
