Tonight, the Randall’s Island Park Alliance hosts its Fielding Dreams Gala Dinner. Honorees include Jeff Zucker, the president of CNN Worldwide, NIKE, Inc., and Karen D. Cohen, the founder of RIPA and 2014 Lifetime Achievement Award Recipient, with awards presented by the Honorable Michael R. Bloomberg and International Tennis Hall of Fame member John McEnroe. The event, emceed by CNN’s New Day anchor Chris Cuomo and co-chaired by Michael D. Boxer, Mark I. Greene and Richard J. Mack, raises money for the park’s free community and children’s programs.
