A new app aims to use your incurable addiction to Tinder to convince you to adopt a shelter dog.

The app, called BarkBuddy, looks a lot like the dating app, except with swipe-able photos of homeless dogs instead of shirtless men who describe themselves as “spontaneous.”

Users can enter specifications of the dog they’re looking for — like breed (~*PIT BULLZ!!!*~), age and size — and the app sends them photos of adoptable dogs at nearby shelters. The more you swipe, the more personalized your stream of dog listings becomes.

The BarkBuddy app comes from Bark & Co., who also make BarkBox, the monthly subscription service for dog products. BarkBuddy is available across the U.S. and Canada, and currently lists around 300,000 dogs, TechCrunch reports. The dog listings are sourced from PetFinder, as well as Bark & Co.’s own private network of 2,500 shelters.

Why not give BarkBuddy a try? We guarantee a dog will give you more love than any of your Tinder matches will.
