In exactly a week, on Thursday, May 8, Frieze New York will opens its doors for the third time (to VIPs). It opens to the public the next day, and runs through Monday, May 12. The fair will occupy its usual spot on Randall’s Island and feature more than 190 international exhibitors.
In the accompanying slide show, a look at what galleries are bringing to the fair, including fresh new works by artists like Wyatt Kahn, Camille Henrot and Richard Hawkins and a few older pieces, like a 1991 Kippenberger from Cologne’s Galerie Gisela Capitain.
