French artist opened the C L E A R I N G gallery in Bushwick in 2011, and it has since become a leader in the neighborhood, with a branch in Brussels and regular appearances at major fairs for emerging art. Often tapping standouts from elite M.F.A. programs and other young stars for shows, Mr. Babin has established himself as one to watch.
