The Senate Judiciary Committee’s failure to affirm David A. Cohen for a judgeship forced a retribution by Gov. Chris Christie.
A Christie ally, Cohen met resistance from the Judiciary Committee this morning.
As punishment, Christie let it be known to the committee that he would not consider any of the Essex judge candidates who today went before the committee.
