DeFalco to serve as Booker’s new communications director

Veteran reporter Beth DeFalco will become U.S. Sen. Cory Booker’s communications director effective July 7th, according to a Democratic Party source.

DeFalco worked as an AP reporter in Trenton before going to the New York Post two years ago.

The replacement for Kevin Griffis, she will work out of the Democratic senator’s Washington, D.C. office, the source said.
