A judge today will hear a consider brought by public sector labor groups against Gov. Chris Christie concerning his decision to plug a budget gap by grabbing funds from the state pension system.
The labor groups want Superior Court Judge Mary Jacobson, the Mercer County assignment judge, to issue an order preventing Christie from using the funds.
Jacobson will hear arguments at 2 p.m. in Trenton.
