After getting understandably frustrated with his apparently suspended Citi Bike account, the 32-year-old actor did what any other self-respecting celebrity would do: complain on Twitter.

Citi Bike’s social media person responded within five minutes and it seems like the issue was resolved immediately. Read the exchange below:
