Burlington County judges today ruled in favor of Democrats and against Republicans regarding hundreds of mail-in ballots challenged by the latter party in the last few days of the campaign, according to Philly.com.
The Burlington County Republican committee had challenged the applications Friday in a filing, arguing they should have been thrown out because the Democrat State Committee left out the “assistor’s” information required when sending mail ballot applications.
