The Humane Society held its 60th Anniversary gala at Cipriani’s on 42nd Street on Saturday night. Some attendees walked the red carpet with puppies in their arms, and many channeled the pared-down elegance of Old New York, with drop-waists, high necks and impeccably tailored tuxes.
