It’s also a sign that the presidential hopeful suffers from a “basic inferiority complex,” Rendell says, noting that “you shouldn’t be rooting for a team that has a scoreboard bigger than most high school football stadiums.”

“If you are a Jerseyite or a Pennsylvanian and you’re rooting for the Cowboys, it means you’re not secure in yourself and you wanted to root for a team that was a team in your youth that was a constant winner,” the former Pennsylvania governor said Thursday on a radio show.

It’s not the first time the die-hard Philadelphia Eagles fan has made clear his dislike for the tough-talking Jersey boy across the river.
