JERSEY CITY – Freeholder E. Junior Madonado (pictured) of Jersey City will assume the central throne of power on the Hudson County 
Freeholder Board, according to sources this evening floating in the room at the Brennan Court House.
U.S. Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) addressed the chamber early.
“You have my hand in friendship, Tom, to make Hudson County an even greater place to live,” Menendez told the county executive in front of a crowd packed into the rotunda of the courthouse.
