3. Gansevoort, Park Avenue and Meatpacking NYC

The package includes early check-in (and late check-out), Continental breakfast at The Chester or Asellina for two, a bottle of Champagne along with strawberries, one dozen red roses, a travelers “mile high kit,” and couple’s monogrammed pillowcases. 4. The Conrad
Looking to splurge? Check out the Conrad’s VIP Valentine’s Day Package. At $10,000 the all-inclusive package includes a private helicopter tour of Manhattan, a customized present from David Yurman (picked out prior to the trip with a personal shopper), and an in-suite dinner prepared and presented by Chef Cardoso followed by a Dom Perignon Champagne Toast on the rooftop, where blankets and candles await. 5.The Jade Hotel

8. The Chatwal
The Chatwal is offering a Valentine’s Day plus Presidential Treatment package for $8,000 per night. The pricy package includes accommodations in The Barrymore Suite, car and butler service, strawberries and champagne, as well as two complimentary cocktails in The Lambs Club restaurant or bar. Guests can also opt to get the Valentine’s Day package in a deluxe king room or junior sweet. Those rates start at $695, but don’t include car service.
9. Kitano, New York
