All Assembly Committee hearings in Trenton for Thursday, March 5th have been canceled due to inclement weather, according to the Assembly Majority office.
A winter storm warning remains in effect until 7 pm EST for most of the state, with snow accumulations forecasted to reach four to eight inches.
Gov. Chris Christie has declared a state of emergency, announcing early this morning that state offices are closed for all “non-essential” employees.
The Senate session scheduled for 2 pm in the statehouse has also been canceled.
