Pink and red outfits are not just for Valentine’s Day anymore.

Over the past week in New York City, trendsetters such as Anna Wintour, Laverne Cox and Audrey Gelman stepped out in varying iterations of red and pink looks. The color combination is normally shied away from; when done wrong, it can make the wearer resemble either a fourth-grade Valentine card or an overly cutesy little girl.
