On Monday evening, Wendi Murdoch, wearing custom Oscar de la Renta, welcomed the biggest gathering of Chinese talent and business leadership ever to assemble outside of Asia for the gala. Chinese supermodels Liu Wen and Sun Fei Fei joined movie stars Fan Bingbing, Carina Lau and Du Jan to name a few. Jewelry designers Wan Bao Bao and Cindy Chao were also among the spectacular lineup of Chinese creators, many brought together beneath the umbrella of Iconix China, the Hong Kong-based brand management company led by Veronica Chou, who was also present at the event.
