Superscript, a three-day digital media conference held in Minneapolis, Minnesota from May 28-30, convenes a diverse array of writers, editors, artists, theorists, and curators to discuss the ever-evolving landscape of arts publishing in a digital age. Co-presented by the Walker Art Center and Mn Artists, two organizations at the forefront of art-minded discourse and online cultural publishing, the conference examines such topics as the role of the professional art critic, whether viral media is killing or cultivating new audiences for the arts, and how artists are telling their stories and expanding their practices in the digital realm.
