Carl Kotowski, Special Agent in Charge at the New Jersey DEA, will appear on the New Jersey Capitol Report this weekend to discuss New Jersey’s persistent heroin epidemic and the Safe Disposal Act. Kotowski will join anchors Steve Adubato and Rafael Pi Roman on New Jersey Capitol Report to discuss why prescription drugs have fallen out of favor because of the state’s abundant supply of the drug.
There were 781 heroin-related deaths in New Jersey in 2014.
