Given that this is an amalgam of literally all my favorite things we’ll stay quiet re: its frilliness. Coffee flour works like wheat flour in baked goods but has a much better nutrient profile (heavy in potassium, fiber, etc). It’s made of coffee fruit pulp, which is otherwise discarded in the coffee harvesting process, so if we all start using it then it’ll reduce billions of pounds of waste and contribute to struggling economies in the places coffee grows.
