Cooking at home is definitely my favorite way to unwind and be creative. Weekend suppers are something ritualistic I enjoy sharing with loved ones, and I find they help to slow things down and lighten the mood before another crazy New York week begins.
One of my favorite books to cook from is “Plenty” by Yotam Ottolenghi. Its seasonal, vegetarian recipes are just as beautiful to look at as they are to eat.
