The Big Quiet is an incredible gathering of mindful meditators that happens about once a month. The location of the events always varies, and it’s a great way to connect with like-minded people in a unique setting and do something grounding and good for the mind and spirit. In New York we often get caught up in the hustle and bustle of life and work; it’s refreshing to get together with friends and colleagues and just chill the F out! (haha)
