Gov. Chris Christie’s war with the New York times continued this morning as the New York paper reached back to the governor’s freeholder days to dredge an unflattering chapter from his early political life.
Christie countered by saying the paper’s opposition to him assured that he would be the next president.
This morning, the Times revisited a story from 21 years ago about the future presidential candidate having to apologize for a false ad he run to win election to the Morris County Freeholder Board.
