The Rancho Gordo – XOXOC Project not only supports small farms in Mexico, it also helps preserve local traditions and heirloom varieties of beans. From beans, they’ve branched out into other products as well. Chia, salts, oreganos, and even pottery are all being imported on a small scale from Mexico.
